Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the day the system was shipped. All systems also come with an included 1-year warranty. See System Warranty for more information.
All Asgardian Gaming PCs computers come with a limited 1-year warranty which can be extended to a 2 or 3-year limited warranty at the time of purchase. This warranty covers all hardware parts that were included with the original order from date of the original invoice. The warranty covers the following:
Parts deemed defective
Early failure of a part by no fault of the end-user
Other part failures to be determined by Asgardian Gaming PCs
This limited warranty does not cover part failure due to liquid damage, abnormal use, overclocking, or damaged caused by the end-user.
To receive a warranty replacement you may contact Asgardian Gaming PCs at email@example.com To send your computer in for repair you must ship the product(s) in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. Asgardian Gaming PCs will ship the repaired or replaced product(s) to you shipping prepaid within the continental United States. Shipments to locations outside of the continental United States will require advanced payment of shipping costs.
